Shipping policy

Order Processing


Most B2B orders are processed and shipped the same business day when placed before 11:00 AM (ET).


Orders placed after 11:00 AM may still ship the same day depending on order volume. In many cases, orders placed as late as 2:00 PM (ET) are processed and shipped the same day.


Orders placed after the daily cutoff time will typically ship on the next business day.


Processing times may vary during periods of high order volume, promotions, or holidays.


 

Shipping Carriers


We ship orders using trusted carriers including:


  • USPS
  • UPS
  • Other regional carriers when applicable


Shipping transit times depend on the service selected during checkout.

 


Order Accuracy


Please ensure that shipping addresses and order details are correct before completing your purchase. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping information.


 

Shipping Confirmation


Once your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information.

Our warehouse operates Monday through Friday, excluding major holidays.


Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or holidays.
